Join our bike mechanic class! This class is geared toward beginners. It is a hands-on class with the opportunity to work on your own bike.
Class meets Tuesday and Thursday from 4-6pm for 6 weeks. Submit an application to be part of our next Earn a Bike class for youth aged 11 to 18.
Class meets Monday and Wednesday from 4:00 to 6:00 for 6 weeks. Submit an application to be part of our next Earn a Bike class for youth aged 11 to 18.
Class meets Monday and Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 for 7 weeks. Submit an application to be part of our next Earn a Bike class for youth aged 11 to 18.

Summer Ride Club meets on Fridays for youth ages 8-12 to explore Philadelphia by bike! Through group rides, youth explore natural, historic, and artistic spaces in West Philadelphia. Ride Club emphasizes bike safety and rules of the road, along with the joys of bicycle adventure. Youth do not need a bike to join - we have fleet bikes.

Our June Earn a Bike class meets every day for two weeks from 1 to 3. (We have moved this class from Bartram’s Garden to our shop. We hope to host a class at Bartram’s in August.)

Our refurbished bikes are priced from $250, rehabbed by a professional mechanic, have a 60-day warranty and -- for one day only -- will be 15% off!
All proceeds benefit our youth programs where we teach youth how to fix bikes, give them the chance to earn a bike, and introduce new places to explore by bike.
Youth program participants, past and present — and their friends 10 years old and up — are invited to a day of games in our workshop to celebrate Spring Break.
