Neighborhood Bike Works honored to be featured at the Spruce Foundation Five-Year Anniversary Gala

On Saturday, March 10th, I had the honor to represent Neighborhood Bike Works at The Spruce Foundation’s 5th Anniversary Gala held atop the Loews Hotel in Center City Philadelphia. As I looked around the the three rooms that housed this event, I was in awe of the couple hundred young professionals that turned out to support the Spruce Foundation and the urban youth-based nonprofits that they support. Philadelphia has always been a city that supports its own. This event was an opportunity for up-and-coming professionals to show that they are ready to not only continue that tradition, but to flex their philanthropic muscles and say “We can do more!”

Neighborhood Bike Works has always been embraced by Philadelphia’s cycling community but it is through the support of organizations like the Spruce Foundation that our presence is becoming more widely know throughout the city. We are proud to be one of the Spruce Foundation’s 15 non-profit partners.
